Shipping Policy
Online orders are fulfilled within 1-2 weeks from the order date and typically, on Mondays. We do not ship on any other days to maximize quality and efficiency, and to avoid weekend holding times. Tracking information will be sent to the customer's preferred contact once the order has been packed and is on its way to shipping.
We do our best to fulfill all orders weekly for a swift turnaround time. During holiday seasons, we can experience high order volumes, so it's best to plan accordingly and order in advance!
Our pickles are stable at room temperature and can be enjoyed safely if your shipment arrives warm. To help maintain optimal quality, crunch and freshness, stick them in the refrigerator on receipt. Pickles and other jarred items ship in multiples of two and are available to order in 2-packs, 4-packs, or 6-packs.
Average transit time via UPS is dependent on your distance from our fulfillment center (currently in Philadelphia, PA). For quality reasons we strongly recommend selecting UPS 2-Day Air if you are in the Midwest or West Coast to help maintain a 3-day transit time.
Apparel may ship separately via USPS if your order does not also include pickles.
Local Pickup Policy
Fishtown Pickle Project is happy to offer a pickup option at our headquarters in Globe Dye Works in the Frankford Section of Philadelphia!
Please see important information below regarding order pickups:
- Orders for pickup can be placed online before noon each Thursday to be ready for pickup the following day on Friday.
- Orders will be fulfilled in the order that they are received and available for pickup on Friday, Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
- Orders will not be held beyond Monday. In cases where the order has not been picked up in the designated pickup window, those orders will be canceled and refunded, minus a $5 return-to-stock fee.
