When we aren’t producing our signature pickle flavors, we love to experiment and craft limited batches.
We prioritize collaborations with other small business to bring you exciting pickles with local flavor, like our bloody mary pickles and mix with Sundry Morning Spice Co. or XO Sauce pickles made in collaboration with Caphe Roasters.
Sometimes our collaborators aren’t businesses, but local celebrities! This year we created Preston’s Pick’s, a cucumber pickle made with our zesty sweet garlic brine, garlic, dill, and banana peppers. This limited batch pickle was created with the help of Preston Elliot of the Preston & Steve Show to raise money for their 25th Annual Camp Out for Hunger Campaign for Philabundance.
It is also important to factor in what local produce is available and in season. By pickling seasonal produce we are able to celebrate these special ingredients and preserve them through products such as our Garlic Scape Hoagie spread and Citrus Ramp Relish!
