Refund policy

Online Orders

All transactions, once submitted, are final. Please carefully review all details before completing the transaction. Changes, including items ordered, delivery address and/or payment method once transaction is complete are not possible. 

If for any reason you are seeking to cancel an order from fishtownpickles.com, please contact our Customer Service team at info@fishtownpickles.com. If your order has not yet been fulfilled it may be eligible for store credit in the form of a digital gift card redeemable only at fishtownpickles.com. If an order has already been fulfilled and is in transit, we are unable to process. 

If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please email our Customer Service team at info@fishtownpickles.com.

Returns/Refunds

All perishable items from our online store and at markets/pop-up events are non-returnable.

In the event of a defect, breakage or quality issue, the customer should email photos and information to info@fishtownpickles.com within 5 days of receipt to request a refund/store credit. Refunds are issued to the purchaser’s original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. In some circumstances, store credit may be issued in the form of a digital gift card in the amount of the original price paid. 

Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.

For Fishtown Pickle Project products purchased at a retailer, we recommend that you return to the place of purchase for a refund. 

Apparel & Non-Perishable Item Returns/Refunds

We have a 30-day (from date of shipment receipt) return policy on apparel and non-perishable items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All sales of “on-sale items’ or gift cards are final, and not eligible for return, refund or exchange/credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe your package to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@fishtownpickles.com for further investigation.

Fishtown Pickle Project is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. 

Classes

The Pickling Class booking fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend class, please let us know 48 hours in advance to be provided a gift card redeemable only at fishtownpickles.com. Gift cards and credits will not be provided in the event of no show or cancellation made within 48 hours of the date of the event.
