Pickling is one of the oldest forms of food production and preservation. There are two primary methods of pickling: 1) fermentation, and 2) quick pickling, Both methods of preservation result in a delicious and nutritious product.

Learn more about these two pickling methods and create your own quick pickles in this 90 minute class for beginners in brining! Option to BYOB for a fun and interactive social gathering.
